Next week, on Friday, we celebrate the European Day of Languages. It is always 26th September.

Students should notice in lessons and around school next week that different languages are being used across the week for dates on notices and in lessons, perhaps.

Some quizzes will be sent to students to test their knowledge of which languages are spoken across Europe and the world. We will also have a quiz in school, where students need to find information to answer questions from some new '20 things you might not know' posters around the building.

Students can get a quiz sheet for this from any of the languages teachers from Monday onwards next week.
